Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is an Canadian actress best recognized for her role in the fantasy TV series Shadowhunters on Freeform and the Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' te Enamores. Also, she is a skilled model and dancer. A Montreal born native, she grew as a child in Texas and has always been fascinated by performing. She has been training in diverse styles of dance since she was young. As a 15-year-old was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame by her appearance on Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant show. Toubia made her acting debut in 2010, portraying a receptionist in the Telemundo television show Aurora. Her debut film was an action-drama called Tattooed Love in 2015.
